2010 HAPAC Campaign Goals Each hospital’s 2010 HAPAC goal is listed on this page. The HAPAC Board established an overall goal of $122,000 and then grouped member hospitals according to bed size. Individual hospital goals were set within these ranges.

Prior Authorization Form The Prior Authorization Form must be filled out for each hospital that is a member of AHA. It must be completed, signed by the CEO and returned to AHA via fax (202) 626-2332 before the hospital’s HAPAC campaign can begin.
HAPAC Solicitation Guidelines Perkins Coie LLP, an AHA affiliated law firm, has drafted a memorandum targeted specifically toward 501(c) (3) hospitals. This memo outlines the legal issues around solicitations for employees of an AHA member hospital that is qualified for charitable status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service.
HAPAC Brochure HAPAC campaign brochures are a valuable resource to use in running your campaign. Pass these brochures out to potential donors as a guide to explain what HAPAC is and why it is important to get involved. Pledge forms are also contained in the brochure.
