HAPAC’s annual membership contribution cycle begins on February 15th and ends on November 15th of each year. Any funds received after November 15, 2010 will be credited to 2011’s HAPAC Campaign.

We_the_People.jpgHAPAC Membership levels are determined by totaling all contributions made to HAPAC during the annual contribution cycle. In addition, contributions made to hospital hosted fundraisers in 2010 will be credited to the individual and the total hospital goal (hospital goals pdf).

All contributions are voluntary. Hospital executives, managers, medical staff members, trustees, administrative employees, physician employees, volunteers and vendors are all encouraged to participate. No one is required to contribute as a condition of employment.

Due to federal election laws, the hospital CEO first must authorize solicitation of employees; then only executive, managerial and administrative level employees may contribute to a Federal PAC. Inappropriate contributions will be returned.
